Leaves with brown necrotic lesions and chlorotic margins. Symptoms vary greatly among cultivars. Some have black or brown lesions with bright yellow, chlorotic areas and others do not have yellowing.

Spokelike, discolored extensions that expanded into sapwood, following an injection with a fungicide. The causal agent is not known but symptoms are associated with bacteria and yeast.
